The Institution is located in the Mid-Western Region of Uganda in Rwenkobe cell, Kihombooza Ward, Bujumbura Division Hoima Municipality, Hoima District. Hoima is located approximately 200 kilometers (140 mi), by road, northwest of Kampala, Uganda's largest city, on an all-weather tarmac highway.
